Ian Hogg – Owner and Pharmacist
Ian graduated from Sydney University in 2005 and became a registered Pharmacist in 2006. In the 10 years since his registration, Ian has worked in a number of community and hospital pharmacies, and for a pharmaceutical company while he lived in the United Kingdom.
As a qualified personal trainer, Ian takes a holistic approach to health. He takes a particular interest in performing the professional services that the pharmacy has to offer such as Health and MedsChecks.
Outside of work Ian enjoys being outdoors at the beach or playing sports. He also loves tennis and has attended each of the grand slams on multiple occasions.
Cassandra Cheah – Pharmacist
Cassandra joined the Keiraville Pharmacy team in 2022 when she moved to Wollongong from Adelaide for a new adventure.
Cassandra graduated from the University of South Australia in 2016. She enjoys counselling our friendly customers in all of their healthcare needs.
Cassandra frequently travels with her partner Leo on trips around Australia and internationally. She thoroughly enjoys trying new cuisines and learning about other cultures.
Michelle Lunney
Michelle first started working at Keiraville Pharmacy in 1989. Michelle has always enjoyed the community aspect of Keiraville and building strong relationships with our customers. This has seen Michelle return to the pharmacy after breaks to raise her family.
Michelle primarily works as a dispensary technician and packs dose administration aids for many of our regular customers. As a mother and a grandmother, Michelle has a particular interest in children’s health.
In her spare time, Michelle enjoys outdoor activities with her husband, such as cycling, kayaking, and camping in their Kombi van. Michelle also loves spending as much time as possible with her children and grandchildren.
Emma Dyson
Emma first began working in pharmacy at the age of 15. After having travelled, worked in other industries and started a family, Emma has always returned to community pharmacy. Emma enjoys engaging with customers to help them towards beneficial health outcomes. Emma particularly excels in wound management and the selection of appropriate products. She is also happy to assist in the dressing of problem wounds, especially in our older patients.
Emma spends her spare time at the theatre, the gym and walking her dog, Betty. Emma loves a good coffee and so enjoys the local Keiraville café scene.
Tina Richardson
Tina grew up in the Southern Highlands where she first began working in pharmacy at the age of 14.
Tina joined the Keiraville Pharmacy team in 2024 after she returned from exchange in Spain. She is currently completing her Bachelor of Laws and International Studies at the University of Wollongong.
Tina enjoys cooking, travelling and spending time with friends and family.
Annabelle Dyson
Annabelle grew up locally in Wollongong and began working at Keiraville Pharmacy upon finishing her HSC in 2024.
Annabelle is currently completing a Bachelor of Secondary Education and continuing her French studies at the University of Sydney.
Annabelle loves musical theatre and enjoys performing in local productions. She recently performed in the Arcadians productions of Hello, Dolly! and Oliver. She will soon appear in a musical adaptation of Stranger Things.
Ruby Nelson-Lee
Ruby was born in Tasmania and grew up in Canberra where she first began working in pharmacy. Ruby completed a Bachelor of Medical Science in 2023 and realised her passion for community health. She moved to Wollongong in 2025 to commence a Bachelor of Nursing and has been working at Keiraville Pharmacy ever since.
In her spare time, Ruby enjoys salsa dancing, travelling, and making gluten and lactose-free sweets.
